We met with Anton Rosenberg, Process & Data Manager at Avida, to learn more about how they use Strawbay, why they chose the platform, and what impact it has had on their business.

Why Strawbay?
Anton highlights three main reasons why Avida chose Strawbay as their integration partner. Avida uses a factoring management system developed by our sister company Quiddly. Strawbay has deep expertise in integrating with this system and works in close collaboration with the Quiddly team.
The collaboration has worked very well. It started when we switched to Quiddly as our factoring platform. Since then, we have worked together with Strawbay to develop two API integrations towards new ERP systems, and a third one is currently underway.
Anton also emphasizes Strawbay’s high level of flexibility and accessibility. Combined with an innovative and exciting product roadmap, these factors were decisive in choosing Strawbay as their long-term integration partner and platform.
The solution: how Avida uses Strawbay
As mentioned earlier, Avida uses Quiddly as their main factoring management platform. The system includes several portals for different user groups. Avida uses both the back-office portal for factoring management and the client portal. It is in the client portal where Strawbay’s integrations play a vital role.
Strawbay handles the integrations between Avida’s client portal and their customers’ ERP systems, powered by Connectors, Flows, and the Onboarding module. Connectors link the client portal with customers’ ERP systems, while Flows manage factoring invoices and accounting vouchers.
Strawbay’s white-label onboarding module manages new client connections, allowing each customer to connect their portal account to their ERP system through a smooth, self-service onboarding flow directly within the client portal.
What are the results of using Strawbay’s iPaaS?
Anton explains that the results of using Strawbay impact both internal processes and clients’ day-to-day work. Avida highly values Strawbay’s support, both when developing new solutions and when handling errors. The stability of the integrations stands out as a key factor.
