PRODUCT
“Every system, one white-labelled flow.”
Onboard every system a customer uses in a single, white-labelled flow, with consents that provably belong together. Multi-Level Onboarding carries the customer seamlessly from one system’s approval to the next, so the whole set is captured as one coherent, authorised onboarding. Built for fintech integration platform providers and banks.
“Keys and approval tokens are short lived and constantly refreshed and validated, so a credential is only ever useful for a brief moment. It turns a static target into a moving one.”

Why it matters
Approvals that have to belong together
In regulated payments, collecting approvals is not enough, they have to belong together. For factoring or open finance, a payment can only be authorised when every consent in the chain is demonstrably tied to the same onboarding. One disconnected approval and the chain breaks. Multi-Level Onboarding keeps the entire set bound to a single, verifiable onboarding, so the authorisation holds up.
How it works
One flow, every system
Your customer enters one white-labelled flow and is carried system by system, each system’s own approval handled in order and tied together. ERP, bank, identity and KYC, whatever the setup needs, captured in a single pass. Approval keys are stored and reused automatically, so even multi-system setups stay simple, and your team is never pulled into an integration project.
Security
Keys that rotate, automatically
Strawbay continuously rotates and revalidates the approval tokens behind every connection, one of the strongest rotation systems available, made possible by the platform architecture the engine is built on. If a key expires or looks compromised, the connection is held and a fresh key is issued, with no re-onboarding and no gap in access. The integrity of the whole onboarding is maintained for as long as it lives.
Who it is for
Built for platforms and banks
Multi-Level Onboarding is built for fintech integration platform providers and banks who onboard customers across many systems at once, and who have to prove that every approval in the set belongs together. The same engine our own products run on, under your brand.
